Who do I contact for maintenance issues with my unit?

Townside Property Management currently manages the property.  You can email the property manager, Kathy York via email Kathy@townside.com.  If this is not an emergency, you may fill out the form below. as well:

May I or my realtor place a for sale sign in the yard in front of my unit?

No.  The only location where a For Sale notice can be placed is on the community bulletin board at the clubhouse (maximum size 8 1/2 “ X 5 1/2”). However, a temporary Open House sign may be displayed in front of a unit only during such time the unit is open for inspection.

Is there anywhere in the community that I may store my Boat Trailer or RV?

The only location in BWB where you may park your trailer, camper, RV or bus is in the designated area behind the clubhouse and there are some restrictions to comply with.

  1. There are four designated spaces behind the clubhouse and they are marked with signs.

  2. The items listed above may only be parked there for a maximum of seven continuous days and a maximum of seven days in any thirty day period.

  3. The BWB managing agent must be notified of the arrival date, departure date, name, address and phone number of the unit owner and the license number of the trailer, camper, RV or bus

  4. Refer to House Rule #2 for additional information.

Can I use my car/truck to carry items to and from the dock area?

Only golf cares and service vehicles are allowed on the golf cart paths throughout the community.

Can an owner rent their unit out?

Yes they can however there are a few requirements. The owner must secure all necessary governmental permits and make certain their tenants are aware of all property Rules & Regulations. Additionally, all units made available for such rental or lease must be made known to the Association by completing an annual Declaration of Unit Rental Status Form.

Where can I store my golf cart?

Your golf cart may be stored in your garage, on your driveway, on your lower patio or other areas expressly approved by the Association.
If you desire to use an area other than those above, submit an Architectural Request Form to the Architectural Review Board.

I will have friends visiting for the weekend, may they use the pool and tennis courts?

They may use the pool and tennis courts, however, they must be accompanied by an owner or long- term tenant of a Bridge Bay Unit while using the facilities

Is anyone allowed to enter my unit without my permission?

The President or any person authorized by the Board of Directors has the right to enter any unit in case of any emergency originating in or threatening a unit whether or not the owner or occupant is present at the time.

Does the liability part of the master policy cover my unit?
 

The liability portion of the Bridgewater Bay master policy does not cover your unit.
